PRE-CONSTRUCTION

You often want to jump straight to the ribbon cutting ceremony where you can finally share your vision to friends, family, and the public.  However, to have the most successful construction process possible, there are multiple steps that must be completed before construction even begins.  This all begins with the Pre-Construction Phase.

It is during this phase that you and the project team get organized, your vision aligned, and where the foundation of project communication and process is laid.  Without a strong foundation, a construction project can quickly become disorderly, leading to gaps in communication, holes in the process, budget overruns, and potential schedule delays.

The Pre-Construction Phase includes creating a strategic plan for the project, creating a design, securing permits or entitlements, and gathering the labor and resources required for construction. Through a Pre-Construction Service Agreement, we take our expertise in the construction field and work with local Architects, subcontractors, and you to provide a formal approach for developing cost, scope, and schedule to execute the construction on time.

DESIGN-BUILD

Design-Build is a construction delivery method that provides owners with a single point of contact for both the design and construction phases of their project.  During this process, we assemble a team of local Architects, Engineers, and Surveyors to provide quality design, cost estimating, and scheduling.  By bringing together design and construction expertise into a single team, we can reduce costs, improve project timelines, and minimize potential conflicts. 

Our design-build approach is a collaborative process that defines the goals of your project and develops the most cost effective, efficient solutions that minimize risk, improve value, and shorten construction schedules. The design-build model allows a more predictable and cost-effective outcome while ensuring success.  We believe that the design-build approach offers many advantages over traditional construction methods.

GENERAL CONTRACTING

Though we are a strong component of the Design-Build approach, there are often times that a project has already been designed and ready for construction.  As the General Contractor, we manage all aspects of a construction project from start to finish and are responsible for providing all of the material, labor, equipment, and services necessary for the construction of a project.  Our general contracting experience makes us your best choice for any size project, large or small. Our completed projects are a testament to the knowledge of our employees, the quality of our management skills, and craftsmanship.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

As construction managers, we are committed to your project goals and to completing your project in a cost-effective manner.  Under a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project, the owner hires us as the construction firm early in the design/planning process to later act as the General Contractor for the project’s construction. As the CMAR, we work with the owner’s design team to provide cost, schedule, and constructability input.  Though the owner manages the design team, we are able to generate a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) by being involved early in the design process.  Our depth of resources, experience, and expertise allow us to deliver our services efficiently for your project to help save you time and money.
