Hardeeville Memorial Park is situated on 3.5-acres along Main Street in Hardeeville. The park is dedicated to honoring the local brave men and women who have served in the military, first responders, and residents who have made lasting contributions to our community. The Park includes various memorial statues, lawn area, paver patio area, a 3,850 sf open-air pavilion w/restrooms, parking, and beautiful landscaping throughout. The park is an ideal spot for families to enjoy and be reminded of the people who served our nation.

Okatie River Park will be Beaufort County’s latest waterfront park set along the banks of the Okatie River. The Park will be located adjacent to the Pepper Hall Development. The new passive park will include a large open pavilion, restroom facility, dock with a kayak launch, walking trails, open space, and parking, This park will be a great addition to the community.

Wexford is an exclusive private waterfront community located on Hilton Head Island. Wexford boasts one of the most high-end private yacht & country clubs and features an inland harbour with a lock system that keeps the harbour water elevation constant. Their existing Clubhouse will receive a renovation and include a 4,800 sf expansion. The existing Harbour Center will be demolished and replaced with a new 7,300 sf facility for residents to enjoy.

South Beach Marina is a New England style marina located in Hilton Head’s Sea Pines Resort and is the Island’s closest marina to the Atlantic Ocean. The village includes the world famous Salty Dog Café and it’s T-shirt Shop. The Marina is going to receive a complete renovation with the demolition of the existing buildings, (2) new buildings, a new sea wall, boardwalk, and lot’s of hardscaping/landscaping. The Salty Dog Café will remain open and will not receive renovations at this time.
