South Beach Marina is a New England style marina located in Hilton Head’s Sea Pines Resort and is the Island’s closest marina to the Atlantic Ocean. The village includes the world famous Salty Dog Café and it’s T-shirt Shop. The Marina is going to receive a complete renovation with the demolition of the existing buildings, (2) new buildings, a new sea wall, boardwalk, and lot’s of hardscaping/landscaping. The Salty Dog Café will remain open and will not receive renovations at this time.

The Buckwalter Rec Center is situated on 143 acres along Buckwalter Parkway in Bluffton, SC. The Rec Center is Bluffton’s premier athletic community center for all ages, offering a wide variety of activities. This expansion will include the construction of (4) full-size synthetic turf fields, a new restroom facility, an added concession area, an additional 433 parking spaces, drive aisles, sidewalks, and landscaping. This expansion will allow more residents, teams, visitors, and tournaments to enjoy the facility. This area has been growing significantly, and this will be a welcome amenity to the community.
