Palmetto Dunes is a 2,000 acre beach-front community on Hilton Head Island featuring 3 signature golf courses and 3 miles of prestigious beaches.  Leamington is a gated, upscale community located within the Palmetto Dunes community.  This project consisted of removing the existing pool and rebuilding a new pool with decking, trellises, fencing, a new bulkhead, and landscaping.  The new pool area is a great upgrade to the Leamington Community.
