The Town of Hilton Head Island enhanced the beach access to the Island’s most popular public beach.  This 1.5 acre Town of Hilton Head Island Park is located at the corner of New Orleans and Pope Avenue.  The park has historical signage and a monument for Charles Frasier, who had a major role in developing the Island into a vacation destination.  Large water features, a reflecting pond, and shade structures brace the park.
