Beach House - Hilton Head Island:

Beach House Hilton Head Island is located at the heart of Coligny Beach and is known for their iconic Tiki Hut beach bar. The hotel is going through a complete transformation of their pool area amenities. Their new space will include a new Tiki Hut Bar, pool, cabanas, music stage, restrooms, kitchen, event pavilion, and landscaping. The new event pavilion will replace the old tented area that hosts about 40 weddings per year. The transformation is to be completed by the start of the 2024 Summer Season.

Size: 30 acres

New Riverside Barn Park we be the Town of Bluffton’s largest and newest park. The 30+-acre park is located at May River Road/Okatie Highway Traffic Circle and includes the landmark Reb Barn that denotes the New Riverside Area. The new passive park includes the expansion/conversion of the barn into a rentable wedding/community event venue with walking trails, an amphitheater, a playground, pavilions, restrooms, and parking.

Project Type: Commercial – Retail
Size: 10,100 SF

The ACE Hardware of Hilton Head Island is having a total store and site transformation. The project includes a warehouse addition, new entrance vestibule, a fenced garden center, renovation of the existing retail space, a larger parking lot, and landscaping. The store is remaining open during the entire construction process.
